Problemen met het uitvoeren van 16-bit applicaties

Onvolledige autoexec- en config-bestanden

Beste redactie, ik wil jullie het volgende probleem voorleggen. Ik krijg bij tijd en wijle de volgende, lange foutmelding: 'System error, the Win16 Subsystem was unable to enter protected mode, dosx.exe must be in your autoexec.nt and present in your PATH.' Ik heb geen flauw idee wat het betekent. Ik werk met Windows 2000 Professional. Wat kan ik hieraan doen?
